I tell my clients to do this & they HATE IT!
"I finally did the thing!"
I hear this so much in my elite coaching container..
And here's why...
If I share a golden nugget with my clients and they don't choose to use that information... that's on them!
But when they are continuing to have the same problem and haven't exercised the strategies and tools I've shared to implement - I call them out about it!
My clients don't pay me to agree with them all the time.
They come to me because they know I'm going to hold them to their highest standard and help them to make the hard choices that elevate them in business and in life!
But it isn't always easy to make those choices...
Often it's actually really really hard!
What they come to learn after they 'did the thing' is that they actually feel empowered, potent & stronger than ever!
I talk a lot about choosing your hard...
This means recognising what is hard for you and choosing to follow that thread. Because fear is one of the greatest indicators of what we need to grow into.
Most of all...
What we want to grow in to...
For some people it's hard to show up, to be seen in their business.
For most of my clients, their hard is to slow down...
To take a step back and allow their team or family the space to step up!
Which brings me back to my point...
I tell my clients to do this, and they hate it!! Because when we as women, have built a business in a world that was constructed by men we fall into the trap of building it the way they do.
And the way that is right for them!
But the beauty of being a woman in her divine feminine building a legacy bigger than what she's every known...
Means you get to create from that space too!
Gone are the days of the daily grind, the over-working and long hours that take us away from our children and time for ourselves.
We are too evolved to still be existing in a way that goes against every fibre of our being.
That pushes us into struggle, overwhelm and exhaustion.
So I leave you with this today...
What is stopping you from building a business that is created for you to thrive?!
With structures and processes that work without you needing to be there...
With people around you who are not ready or willing to support you...
For clients who expect everything from you and aren't fully committed to their own progress.
I urge you to finally do the thing!
Take that break, go on your holiday, spend those fleeting moments with your babies!
And open yourself to the idea that business can be created in a way where you get to have everything you've ever wanted in a way that feels good every single day.
Not just when you show up in it!
